We always like to make sure that our customers feel confident with their purchase. If you are not happy with your glasses, simply contact us for a refund or return. Customers are eligible for a refund within 14 business days, and a replacement within 30 days.
- Obtain an Authorization Return Email by contacting our Customer Service.
- Send your glasses back include the returns authorization form and provide our Customer Service with the delivery confirmation number from post office.
- Returns must be in their original condition and with all accessories included in your package (e.g. cases and cloths)
- Once we receive your delivery confirmation number, you will either receive a refund within 48 hours or be sent a replacement
What You Need to Know Before Requesting a Replacement Or Return
- Provide us with the frame name(s) and order number.
- When exchanging an order, please note costs may be adjusted accordingly.
- After 14 days, customers are responsible for handling and shipping fees.
- One Time Replacement- Please check the availability of the new frame(s) as we do not reuse/repair returned frames.
